To create a new website, Taylor-Dunn did what most companies would do. They interviewed a number of providers, then contracted with an established firm to design and host their public-facing website, including E-commerce and dealer login components. Unfortunately, after the initial site was built and went live, the web design firm became increasingly unresponsive, and unable to produce timely updates or bug fixes.
Looking for some assistance, Taylor-Dunn contacted CSG Pro and asked us to provide them with some options. Over the course of several months, we worked with Taylor-Dunn to understand the depth and workings of the sites. Our first step was to migrate the sites to a new and more stable host, which we followed by updating and improving the code for better performance.
By being able to step into a confusing situation, and salvage the existing work that had been done, we were able to give Taylor-Dunn a stable and functional presence on the web and to save them thousands of dollars in the process.
