Different. From the Very First Day.

July 6, 1993. That was our first day in business and the first thing we did that day was define our core values – integrity, excellence and teamwork. We felt it was the most important thing to do because it set the foundation for everything that came after. It made sense because we started CSG to fulfill a need we saw in the industry for unquestioned integrity and excellent customer service. A need for someone to build custom business systems that mattered. And we wanted to make sure we were that company.

Defining those values was a good step, because three months later, we had three major clients and within five years, had grown to 23 employees and 61 clients.

Today, we’re a bigger company and our values are much the same as they were nearly 20 years ago. We continue to grow and this year we named a new president, one who is supported by the founder, who is now the chairman. In other words, everything is the same as always – and even better.
